Palmera · watchpalmera.com · Effective July 15, 2026

Palmera is a product of Novora Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Novora,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes what information we collect on watchpalmera.com and through out product feedback surveys, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: palmera@novoraventures.co.

What we collect

Information you give us on the waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you submit on the form: your email address, your name if you provide it, the kind of space you have, the features you are interested in, your price expectations if you share them, and your contact preferences, including whether you are open to a conversation and how to reach you.

Feedback survey responses.

During our beta program we invite testers and their guests to complete a short feedback survey, reached by scanning a QR code on a Palmera screen or a printed card, or through a link we email to beta testers. The survey asks for your opinions about the product: whether you are a beta tester or a visiting guest, which parts of the screen you noticed, what you would want it to show, how it would fit the TVs you use, whether you would want or pay for it, and what you would expect it to cost. It also includes optional open comment fields. The survey does not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details, and responses are not linked to your identity unless you choose to include identifying details in an open comment. Each survey link carries a short source code that tells us only how you reached the survey (on-screen code, printed card, or emailed link); it does not identify you.

Information collected automatically.

Our website platform (Wix) collects standard technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies. Our survey provider (Tally) likewise collects the standard technical data needed to operate and protect the survey form. This is how nearly every website operates and it is used here to run and protect these services.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to manage the early-access waitlist, to contact you about Palmera's availability, to follow up if you told us you are open to a conversation, and to understand what future customers want so we build the right product. We review feedback survey responses, individually and in aggregate, to guide product, design, and pricing decisions during and after the beta program. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that operate our services on our behalf: Wix.com Ltd., which hosts this website and stores waitlist form submissions, and Tally (tally.so), a survey platform based in the European Union, which hosts our feedback surveys and stores survey responses. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information for as long as we are building toward and communicating about launch. We keep survey responses for as long as they usefully inform product decisions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Because survey responses are collected without names or contact details, we may not be able to locate a specific response as yours unless you can tell us enough about it to identify it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message or by writing to hello@watchpalmera.com. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Participation in the feedback survey is entirely voluntary, every question except the first can be skipped or abandoned, and we suggest you do not include personal information in the open comment fields.

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for it to function, plus basic visit analytics provided by our platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

This site and our surveys are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Visitors outside the United States

The site is operated from the United States and your information is processed in the United States. Survey responses are first stored by our survey provider in the European Union and are then also processed by us in the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
